Territory Sales Manager

Our client is a luxury outdoor/ sporting gear and apparel brand who are always evolving and developing their product offering of high performance, quality and style. They are now seeking a Sales Rep to cover the North UK region, looking after the key accounts. Previous fashion wholesale experience is essential particularly within a commercial, technical sports performance, fashion brand. We can look at those candidates who are looking for their first Account Management role, but must have worked in wholesale sales previously. You’ll be a confident communicator/presenter and have the ability to understand the market and the customer, explore partnership opportunities, evaluate multiple solutions and formulate action plans. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Lotus Notes are essential as is a current driving licence and the ability to demonstrate an affinity with our products and the hobbies/activities they’re used for. The nature of this position will necessitate time away from home in order to fully embrace the role. Instinctively target driven, you’ll need good organisational skills and be able to liaise and converse confidently at all levels. You’ll also have the ability to understand the market and the customer, build strong relationships both internally and externally, evaluate multiple solutions and formulate action plans. You’ll already have previous field sales experience. You will hold a full UK driving licence. A company car is provided but the ideal candidate must live in the northern region.
