We are recruiting a Senior Account Manager for this major international fashion and lifestyle brand. A brand which is based around style and heritage, their product is sold in a solid base of wholesale doors in the UK and Ireland, with an emphasis on servicing and growing this major key account in the coming seasons. Based in EITHER Manchester or the South, this role is a brand new position to deal with one of the Brand’s biggest customers. It is crucial that we find the right person to hit the ground running going forward – a person who can see both growth and opportunity from reacting and forecasting the demand of a major high street player. As Senior Account Manager, you would be responsible for developing your own division, in a sense. With no direct reports, your sole focus would be delivering beyond expectations in service levels, communication and getting things turned around fast. You should be able to foresee emerging trends in future seasons, but also react to sales in the market place. You would see how your competitors are trading whilst negotiating huge sales with your Account in a fast-paced working environment. You would work out of showrooms in either Manchester or the South, and you would be given a car to travel the UK. There will also be some travel to Italy throughout the year. This truly is an exceptional role which does not come around very often and one which you can make your own! We are searching for someone ‘hungry’ to advance their career forward within 2-3 years. You should be ambitious, driven and determined with a proven track record of Account Management in a fashion brand within the UK. Due to the size of this account, we would love to hear from Account Executives or Managers who have forged relationships with huge high street multiples in the past.
